General

What time can I check in and out?

At Aparthotel Hattem, check in and check out are done online. You can stay in your room from 3 pm and stay until 10.30 am.

How does my virtual key work?

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive an SMS with a unique link. With this link you can download the KleverKey app, which gives you direct access to your virtual key. Do you already have the app? Then the key will be automatically added to your digital key ring. When you arrive at the Aparthotel, simply open the door yourself by using Bluetooth.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you have booked the non-refundable rate, no refund is possible. By booking, you agree to a final payment. Free cancellations are then no longer possible.

If you have booked the fully flexible rate, a refund is possible up to 48 hours in advance of your stay. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, we will be forced to charge the full amount, with no possible refund.

Is there a reception?

No, there is no reception.

During the day, there is always someone available (by telephone/whatsapp) who you can speak to. If desired, we can provide you with advice and tips about the area and activities.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, 1 pet (max 15 kg) is allowed in Luxury Room C, with an additional cost of € 15 per night. Please let us know in advance.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible and is there a lift?

No, the hotel is not accessible for wheelchairs and does not have a lift.

Is it possible to place an extra bed or baby cot in the room?

This is unfortunately not possible. You can book the Family Room however. Two combined rooms making up for a cozy and spacious family room.

Where can I have breakfast?
There are various possibilities. The choice is yours.

Aparthotel Hattem works together with local entrepreneurs.

Bakery and lunchroom Everyday Bread… & Coffee offers a delicious and extensive breakfast from Monday to Saturday from 08:00.

The restaurant Bij de Jongens offers a delicious and extensive breakfast from 9.15 am on Sundays. This breakfast can only be booked on Sundays.

Due to Covid-19, breakfast will be delivered to your room door at your preferred time.

You can order breakfast up to 24 hours in advance.

Do you have any dietary requirements or allergies? We are pleased to hear that.

You can also get your own breakfast from the local supermarket or bakery.

Please note that the shops in Hattem are closed on Sundays.
Can the box springs be pushed apart?

The box springs cannot be moved apart. We use double duvets (260x220cm).

Gift card

I would like to buy a gift card, how does this work?

Please sent an email to: info@aparthotelhattem.com

After receiving payment, the gift card will be sent by post, so that you can write a personal message on it.

Does the amount of the gift card have to be used in one go?

No that is not necessary. The remaining amount will be available for another booking.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

How do I book using a gift card?

Booking with a gift card is not possible via the website. Please contact us by phone or email.

Transport

Where can I park my car?

Hattem has a restricted-traffic city center. Parking is possible at the following parking lots, within a short wak from the hotel:

  • Parking 1 'Centrum Jachthaven': Geldersedijk 20, 8051 ER. This parking lot is located on the edge of the center, at the marina and camper place. Parking is free of charge. There is no maximum duration. From this parking lot, the hotel lies within a 3-minute walk.
  • Parking 2 'Centrum De Bleek': De Bleek 2, 8051 EE. This parking lot is located on the edge of the center, at Vadesto. Parking is free, with no maximum parking duration. You will reach the hotel within a 3-minute walk.
  • Parking lot 'Tinneplein': Koestraat 21, 8051 GT. This is a parking garage in the center of Hattem. You can park here for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours, using your parking disc.

Parking in the center of Hattem is free, within the blue zone. You may park for a maximum of 1 hour in this zone using a parking disc. There is one parking space in front of the hotel, where you can easily load and unload your luggage.

Is Aparthotel Hattem easily accessible by public transport?

Hattem is easily accessible by public transport.

The regional busses 202 and 203 run between Zwolle Central Station and Apeldoorn Central Station. Hattem is a 15-minute bus ride from Zwolle. Get off at bus stop 'Hattem Centrum' and take the 5-minute walk to Aparthotel Hattem. For more information, visit www.9292.nl.

Cyclists and hikers from Zwolle can use ferry 't Kleine veer.

Is there a parking facility for bicycles?

Unfortunately, we do not have a bicycle shed. You can park your bicycle in the alley at the side of the hotel.

There are no car rental companies in Hattem. There are several reliable car rental companies in Zwolle. Do you need help renting a car? We are happy to help you. Please contact us.
